Getting Started With Services
Schedule a meet and greet! Once your meet and greet is scheduled, we will send an activation email to your client account. Once your profile is filled out, we will come to your home to meet you and your pets to discuss services and answer any questions you may have.
At the meet and greet, we will review your pet’s information and get to know them a bit. Once the meet and greet is completed, you are set to schedule services!
Scheduling Services
Once your meet and greet is complete, you are able to schedule services! Scheduling with us is easy and convenient.
Reoccurring Schedule- We will set up a regular schedule for you! Ensure your pet gets their walks each week, and cancel or make changes if needed. This service is best for pet parents who require services every week. These services will be automatically approved each week.
As Needed Services- You can request services as needed through the Time to Pet app! When you request services, they will show as ‘pending’ until we approve the request. This service is best for pet parents who need pet sitting services. We do our best to approve all requests within a timely manner.
On Demand Dog Walks- You are able to request same day and as needed dog walks! When you request services, they will show as ‘pending’ until we approve the request. This service is best for pet parents who need walks for their dog and have changing schedules or long days that may require additional help with your dog. We do our best to approve all requests within a timely manner.
For our services, we offer Dog Walks, Pet Sitting - Dogs, Pet Sitting - Cats & Small Animals, and Dog Training
At The Visit
We always ensure we are following all instructions you provide down to the detail. We will reinforce any training or commands you have and keep all pets in the home safe and secure. There is a ‘chat’ feature in your account where you can let our staff know of any changes or ask any questions you may have.
At the end of each visit, you will receive a detailed update with a description and details of how the visit went. We also include photos of your pet enjoying their time with us!
Payments
Your account in our Time to Pet portal is set up to accept credit cards and ACH payments. You will have an invoice in your account for services. For reoccurring services, your invoices are available every two weeks and payment is due by the Friday after invoice is emailed. For as needed and on demand services, your invoices are sent to you on the last day of services and payment is due within seven days.
If you do not want to forget to send in payment, ask us about auto-pay and your payment method on file will be automatically charged on your invoice due date!

Learn About Our App
Client Chat
You can easily send us messages at any time with your own conversation feed. Messages can include unlimited attachments of any kind (i.e pictures, audio files, documents etc...). All sitters assigned to you will be notified immediately of any new messages, and you will be notified immediately via email (or text) anytime a sitter leaves a message.
Pets
You can see and edit your pet's details directly from your portal. Sitters are instantly notified when any pet details have been updated or a new pet added.
Scheduling
Minimize time consuming phone calls and texts. Our Pet Lady Client Portal lets you request services directly from your portal. You can select which pets the service are for, what services you want and leave any special notes.
You can also see your current, past and future services on your calendar.
Contact Information
Our Pet Lady Client Portal allows you to keep your contact information up to date without having to email, call or text us. You can update your contact information from your portal. Administrators will be notified of your updated information and can pass any pertinent changes along to your sitter.
Invoicing
Our app makes paying your invoice simple! Easily view and pay your current invoices, download past invoices or enroll in auto-pay!
Our app accepts credit cards, ACH transfers, Google Pay and Apple Pay.
